What was once an old shed is now a fully insulated, handcrafted 9x8 traditional sauna with a cooling entry room. Designed for both comfort and durability, this project shows how any existing structure can be turned into a complete wellness space.
Sauna Features
Size: 9x8 feet, 8 feet high
Walls & Benches: Clear cedar throughout
Heater: Harvia Cilindro model for powerful, even heat
Floor: Tile, durable and easy to maintain
Lighting: LED under benches and behind the backrest for soft ambient glow
Door: Custom hemlock
Window: Large double-pane tempered glass
Exterior: Finished with modern metal siding for weather protection and clean aesthetics
Cooling Entry Room
The attached cooling space provides a comfortable transition area featuring natural wood finishes and a cohesive design that matches the sauna interior.
